This program is called the Installation Restoration Program (IRP). The IRP has four phased consisting of Phase I, Initial Assessment/Records Search; Phase II, Confirmation/Quantification; Phase III, Technology Base Development; and Phase IV, Operations/Remedial Actions. The objective of this Phase IV project is to prepare and implement the remedial action plan primarily for Sites 1 (including Subsites 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, and 1E), 2 and 5. Phase II - Stage 3 activities are ongoing at Sites 5, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, and 16. Several of these sites may require remedial action(s) and will be addressed in a subsequent Phase IV report. This document presents the feasibility study and the remedial action plan for the preferred alternatives at Sites 1, 2 and 5, and includes the concept design documents.
