Nous évoquerons aussi l'étendue de leur champ d'action, ayant de véritables avantages dans la reminéralisation dentaire. Qui plus est, leurs effets secondaires étant moins marqués, les Fluorures sont une réelle alternative à la Chlorhexidine en parodontologie.
