Not only should the lot number be given, but also the name of the object, and a bid on several objects catalogued under a single number should be stated to be so much per piece unless the description contains the notation in which case the bid should be stated to be so much for the lot. If the one transmitting the order is unknown to the Company, a deposit must be sent or reference submitted. Shipping directions should also be given.
