This instrument identified perceived barriers and supports for success when implementing Standards-Based Education at the high school level. The findings from this study include recommendations for both practitioners and researchers, and may assist policymakers, site-based leaders, and district leaders by laying the foundation for future research on implementing standards-based reform in an era of accountability"--Abstract
