Part 2 covers issues relating to the family: family-class sponsorship undertakings, financial & other matters relating to sponsorships, definitions of terms used, and the Family Business Job Offer Program. Part 3 discusses issues relating to refugees: permanent resident status, refugee resettlement from overseas, and the pre-removal risk assessment. The remaining parts cover such issues as inadmissability, the application process, regulation of immigration consultants, and the implementation date of the Act. Recommendations for improving the regulations are made throughout and summarized at the end. Minority & dissenting opinions are appended.
