Finalmente, en el cuarto capítulo se discuten temas relacionados con el desarrollo del negocio de la moda, como fusiones y adquisiciones en la industria de la moda, derechos del trabajador ante la imagen empresaria y derecho de daños y perjuicios. Los invitamos a adentrarse en el universo de la imagen, como derecho que adopta nuevas facetas de interés, y del derecho de la moda, de indiscutible trascendencia a la luz de los avances y desafíos que nos plantea las nuevas tecnologías.
