I consumed calories for ten hours a day (from 8 am to 6 pm) and fasted the evening, night, and morning hours. I also recorded exactly what I ate using the phone app MyFitnessPal. I pay for an annual membership and love knowing exactly what is going into my body, even when I eat cookies or drink a beer. This keeps me from overeating or giving in to a sugar urge at night. I lost 21 pounds in September, and 9 pounds in October, and maintained my weight in November and December and January and February and March. In April, I continued the diet for half of each week.
