You will notice the family has a huge heart for animals and people in need, and sometimes their huge heart for animals could cause them lack of sleep but they never seemed to mind to help with some of God’s chores. They were laboring, working-class people who were as honest as the day is long. They kept their nose in their own business even though they may not understand some of the stuff that was going on with their neighbors. It still was none of their business. What was their business however, was taking care of grandkids, great-grandkids, and all the animals that made up the zoo there on the farm and all the fun stuff that came along with it. They were not ashamed to tell their stories. It happens to everyone; some people want to act like it never happens to them. I promise you at some time in your life, you will step into some dog poop.
