You will be battered and bruised and probably end up with broken bones. Yet this is how we play the ‘game of life,’ without knowing the rules. Not surprisingly, we undergo unnecessary suffering and misery, and not derive the joy and happiness that we deserve. Most of us are not aware that the game of life is governed by Karmic Laws. Now, for the first time, the Karmic Laws that govern our lives, are defined and explained in The Amazing Power of Karmic Laws, Volumes 1-4, in the form of 36 Laws of Karma. By learning about these Karmic Laws, you can craft your destiny and navigate life intelligently and joyfully despite this tumultuous and challenging world. Please note that 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of these books are used to benefit the poor and other needy causes. The author does not keep any money from this for his own use. The author of these four volumes, Dr. Suneja, is a visionary, scientific spiritualist, psychiatrist, philanthropist and inspirational speaker. He is also now the author of books of great practical significance.

Download or read book How to Become a Karmic Lawyer Using 5 Karmic Laws written by S. K. Suneja and published by . This book was released on 2022-04-16 with total page pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This volume (Volume 3 of the 4-volume series) discusses 5 Karmic Laws (#3-7). The remaining 31 laws (#1-2 and #8-36) deal with other issues of life and are discussed in Volumes 1, 2, and 4 of this series. The 5 Karmic Laws (#3-7) help us estimate the consequence of a karma before we engage in it and thereby avoid negative karma if its consequence is full (not attenuated). This can help us improve our karmic account which is needed to improve the quality of our current and next lives. This volume is divided into four parts and 12 chapters. Part One includes Chapters 1 and 2; Part Two includes Chapters 3-7; Part Three includes Chapters 8 and 9; and Part Four includes Chapters 10-12. In Chapter 1, background information is provided such as definitions of karma, karmic outcome and consequence. Chapter 2 includes the definition and the benefits of becoming a Karmic Lawyer and its comparison with a criminal lawyer. Chapters 3-7 discuss 5 Karmic Laws (#3-7). Each chapter discusses one law and how to benefit from it. Together these 5 laws form the basis of the 4-step process described in Chapter 8. The 4-step process involves estimating the consequence of a karma. Chapter 9 presents 55 Learning Examples (LEs) from day-to-day life with solutions to help the readers develop the understanding and the skill to use the 4-step process. It also lists ten Practice Examples (PEs) without solutions, so that readers may test their skills. In Chapter 10, I answer 13 interesting and informative questions from readers related to the contents of this volume. In Chapter 11, I discuss how I am using Laws #3-7 to improve my current and next lives. Chapter 12 provides brief information about other 31 Karmic Laws not discussed in this volume. Finally, this volume ends with a request to our valuable readers to spread the word among their networks of friends and family members so they can also take advantage of this 4-volume series.

Book Animal Sacrifice Religion and Law in South Asia

Download or read book Animal Sacrifice Religion and Law in South Asia written by Daniela Berti and published by Taylor & Francis. This book was released on 2023-07-13 with total page 314 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book presents original research on the controversies surrounding animal sacrifice in South Asia through the lens of court cases. It focuses on the parties involved in these cases: on their discourses, motivations, and contrasting points of view. Through an examination of judicial files, court decisions and newspaper articles, and interviews with protagonists, the book explores how the question of animal sacrifice is dealt with through administrative, legislative, and judicial practice. It outlines how, although animal sacrifice has over the ages been contested by various religious reform movements, the practice has remained widespread at all levels of society, especially in certain regions. It reveals that far from merely being a religious and ritual question, animal sacrifice has become a focus of broader public debate, and it discusses how the controversies highlight the contrast between ‘traditional’ and ‘reformist’ understandings of Hinduism; the conflict between the core legal and moral principles of religious freedom and social progress; and the growing concern with environmental issues and animal rights. The Introduction, Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and Chapter 7 of this book are available for free in PDF format as Open Access from the individual product page at www.taylorfrancis.com. It has been made available under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivatives 4.0 International license. Funded by Centre National de la Recherche Scientific.

The 35 sermons translated here are provided with a commentary and extensive introduction by Hartney. How Heaven Works is a fascinating insight into the deep connection between shamanic atmosphere, literature, and Modern syncretic concepts of salvation.
