Book How to Appropriate All Spiritual Blessings of God in Christ Jesus

Download or read book How to Appropriate All Spiritual Blessings of God in Christ Jesus written by John Olagunju and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2022-07-14 with total page 40 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In my walk with Jesus Christ for more than two decades now, I have observed that a lot of believers are not partaking of the fullness of all that God has provided for the Church through the death; burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. I have not arrived myself but I have left. I have seen God supernaturally bless me over the years and I want to share what I have learnt by the Holy Spirit to you. If God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ has blessed us with all spiritual blessing in the heavenly place in Christ Jesus; why is there no manifestation of most of the blessings the bible talks about in the lives of preachers and saints. As we continue to fulfill the Great Commission that has been entrusted to us as workers together with God and stewards of His manifold grace before the return of the Lord Jesus; my goal is to show you how to partake of heavenly blessings; all the blessings that comes with Salvation and be a blessing to the Body of Christ and the unbelieving world; thereby bringing many more sons to the Kingdom of Light; strengthening the weak hands and confirming the feeble knees.

Book Building a Discipling Culture

Download or read book Building a Discipling Culture written by Mike Breen and published by 3dm International. This book was released on 2014-09-10 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "Much ink and many pages have been devoted to all of the missional issues facing the Western church today. As our culture becomes more post-Christian with each passing day, we are all realizing that what has worked in the past is no longer working, that we are far less effective for the Kingdom than we were even 10 years ago. But we would suggest it isn’t because we don’t know what the Great Commission states or the imperatives of the Gospel, or that our church services just aren’t getting it done. It’s because we are in the midst of a discipleship crisis in the Western church. The people sitting in our pews are rarely becoming like the people we read about in Scripture. They may come to a worship service, join a small group or even tithe, but their lives just don’t seem to look like Jesus’ life. The truth of the matter is that we don’t have a missional problem or leadership problem in the Western church. We have a discipleship problem. If we make disciples like Jesus made them, we’ll never have a problem finding leaders or seeing new people coming to faith. The central issue is that we have no idea how to make disciples who can do the things that Jesus did for the reasons Jesus did them. Building a Discipling Culture is the product of more than 25 years of hands-on discipleship practice in a post-Christian context that has turned into a worldwide discipling movement, dealing specifically with how to make the types of missional disciples Jesus spoke of. We all want to make disciples. Most of us are unsure how to do it. Dallas Willard put it this way: 'Every church needs to be able to answer two questions. One, do we have a plan for making disciples? Two, does our plan work?' For most of our church communities, we have a plan, but the plan isn’t working. If you find yourself in this situation, this book is for you." -- Publisher's description.

True life for the follower of Jesus really is a moment-by-moment trust that God is dependable and fulfills his promises. This is living by faith in future grace, which provides God's mercy, provision, and wisdom—everything we need—to accomplish his good plans for us. Book Ephesians Evangelical Exegetical Commentary

Download or read book Ephesians Evangelical Exegetical Commentary written by S. M. Baugh and published by EEC. This book was released on 2016 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In his letter to the Ephesians, Paul emphasizes the unity of believers in the inaugurated new creation. He first sets before his audience the salvation freely offered to us through faith in Christ, then applies this truth to their lives, calling them to live lives of love. In this volume, S. M. Baugh approaches this important letter from a first-century perspective, examining ancient sources to determine what Paul's words meant in their ancient context, while also interacting with recent scholarship. The result is a commentary that is academically rigorous and at the same time presents Ephesians as the good news it was meant to be. About the Evangelical Exegetical Commentary Series: The Evangelical Exegetical Commentary series incorporates the latest in critical biblical scholarship and is written from a distinctly evangelical perspective. Each comprehensive volume combines historical and literary explanations with insights for understanding the text within the Bible's larger story and applying it to everyday life.

Book How to Speak the Blessings Over Your Life and Get Results

Download or read book How to Speak the Blessings Over Your Life and Get Results written by Ezekiel Benson and published by Independently Published. This book was released on 2018-07-09 with total page 88 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Many still ask God to do what he has already done! The reason is simple: they don't understand how the kingdom works. God is not going to do what he has already done for you! You have to learn to receive it! The bible says: "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath BLESSED US WITH ALL SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS in heavenly places in Christ" - (Ephesians 1:3). God has already blessed you with every good thing that exists in Christ. Health, prosperity, victory, success, joy, peace, and every blessing you can imagine are already yours. You have already been blessed in all things, and with all things. What you need is to learn and know how to get the blessing working in your life. But we often pray as though God is unwilling to bless us or as though he has not blessed us. Many are used to shouting and yelling the following prayers at God: "I will not let you go unless you bless me" They yell at God as though he was unwilling to bless, while in the actual sense of it he has already given you all these things. So why do many folks pray as though they are not already blessed? So why do many Christians pray as one needing to be blessed? The reason is because many folks don't know what the scripture means when it says God has blessed us WITH ALL SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS in heavenly places in Christ. You should live and function as one who is already blessed! If you can just calm down and grasp this fact, Christianity will begin to have a greater meaning to you! I have discovered that receiving is quite simple! Receiving involves speaking the blessings over your life regularly with a certain mindset that you are not asking God to do what He is not willing to do or has not done already for you, but that all things are already yours and available to you! It is shift from praying beggarly prayers to taking what's yours in Christ by Spiritual Birth. Sadly many don't know how to do this. Speaking the Blessings is to engage the blessings, activate them and release them to be made manifest in your life. Speaking the blessings is also a powerful form of spiritual warfare and devils don't like it neither can they fight or withstand it. It is a combination of both spiritual warfare to clear the way for the blessing to be manifested and a "blessing highway" that delivers the blessing to you. Speaking the Blessings over one's life was how God intended for all His children to live and pray. It is quite simple but very powerful and a deliverer of the required blessings. HOW TO SPEAK THE BLESSINGS OVER YOUR LIFE AND GET RESULTS, was therefore written to provide you powerful insights with sample prayers on how to effectively speak the blessings over your life on a daily basis and INDEED GET RESULTS!

Book Activating All Spiritual Blessings

Download or read book Activating All Spiritual Blessings written by Apostle Joshua Selman and published by . This book was released on 2020-11-30 with total page 28 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: We must continue to press to make sure that christ is revealed in every aspect of our lives. Its a contention and it is a journey. In the realm of the spirit, you are sound spiritually. You're growing and confirming to the image; the character of the Christ. Your life is becoming a representation of God. You are hosting very superior dimensions of his presence. Then your mind is enlightened. You are sustaining an understanding that is higher, far higher than the intelligence of the average human being. Then, your physical environment. All the auxiliary systems that support the fact that you are in Christ. You are only fruitful in your Christian experience when your entire tripartite being participates in revealing the victory of Christ. If I am sound spiritually and I am anointed but then my mind is barren and unfruitful, there is a dimension of God that my life will never be able to present. If I am wealthy and influential and my mind is healthy but my spirit is dead, there is a dimension of God I will never be able to communicate. The lopsidedness in the teaching about the revelation of Christ through a man. What the Bible calls the muster of godliness is the reason why there is a lot of unfulfillment in our Christian experience. It is as though you should select one area where you want Christ to be revealed and some selected finances, some selected intelligence, some selected influence, some selected spiritual health, career, etc and everybody just selected and God said "no. I will never be revealed wholly like that." the entire tripartite nature of man must participate in revealing all of him. So, the assignment in building all of you is to make sure that as we continue to press by his grace, no aspect of our life is left barren and unfruitful.Read This Book and Be Blessed

Book Living in the Balance of Grace and Faith

Download or read book Living in the Balance of Grace and Faith written by Andrew Wommack and published by Destiny Image Publishers. This book was released on 2011-06-24 with total page 224 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Popular Bible teacher and host of the Gospel Truth broadcast, Andrew Wommack takes on one of the biggest controversies of the church, the freedom of God's grace verses the faith of the believer. Wommack reveals that God's power is not released from only grace or only faith. God's blessings come through a balance of both grace and faith. Addressing many of the misconceptions believers are taught in the Church today, this book opens up the Scriptures revealing the vital connection between grace and faith. Many believers think they walk in both grace and faith when actually they are misusing one or both of these principles. Wommack addresses: * Some believers willingly sin believing Gods grace will cover them, while the blessing of grace is not to sin, but to release guilt and condemnation when they make a mistake. * Other believers think they must "work" their faith by ritualistic prayer, confession, or Bible study. Although all these things are good, Jesus Christ set believers free from works of the law. God wants a relationship where He can communicate directly to each believer. * Grace and faith work together. When believers receive the unmerited favor or grace of God, they can release their faith without doubt or reservation and receive God's blessings. Andrew Wommack in his logical, practical style brings believers back on track in their Christian walk through living in the balance of grace and faith.

It tells the story of what God has done in Christ and spells out the ethical implications of this story. But the letter to the Ephesians is unique among Paul's letters in many ways, including in how it tells of the story of God, beginning "before the creation of the world" and ending in eternity. Edited by Scot McKnight and Tremper Longman III, and written by a number of top-notch theologians, The Story of God Bible Commentary series will bring relevant, balanced, and clear-minded theological insight to any biblical education or ministry.
