Book excerpt: Why social and physical environmental factors have close relationship to influence economic growth I shall indicate reasons to explain why social and physical environmental factors have close relationship to influence economic growth, even human health of quality of life. The social and economic burdens of poor education, lack of affordable housing and less than self sufficient income affect, not just those individuals and families who have the fewest resources. The social gradient means that not only do whose in the bottom worse health outcomes to bottom of income group and the top income group whose will have poor quality of life influence. The higher rates of disease and disability and lesser productivity among many communities means a higher public and private burden of life years, particularly life expectancy once one reaches age 65. In recent decades, research and has increasingly shown how powerfully social and economic conditions determine population health and differences in health among subgroups, much more so than medical care. It seems that environmental factor can influence human's quality of life. Los Angeles Country Department Of public Health (2016) indicated a country health rankings model, this department explained these three health factors can cause this health outcomes. These health factors include health behaviors (30%), it includes tobacco use, diet and exercise, alcohol use, unsafe sex; clinical care (20%), it includes access to care, quality of care; social and economic factors (40%), it includes education, employment, income, family and social support, community safety; physical environmental factor (10%) , includes natural environmental quality, built environmental quality. Then these factors can cause this health outcomes, such as morality ( length of life):50% and morbidity (quality of life) :50%. SO, it implies that physical environmental factor can influence human's length of life. So, on our social environmental problems result is from a complex interplay of a number of forces. An individual's health -related behaviors , particularly diet, exercise and smoking, surrounding physical environment and health care ( both access and quality) all contribute significantly to how long and how well human love. However , none of these factors is as important to population health as are the social and economic environments in which human live, learn, work and play. We refer to these factors can be as the social determinants of health to influence our quality of life. How do social determinants affect our quality of life? In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, public health concentrated particularly on the physical environment. Improvements in, for example, clean water supplies, healthier housing, sanitation, workplace safety and safe food lead to sharp increases in average life expectancy . Also our quality of life needed to be concentrated on expanded access to medical care, resulting in further expansion. So, the poverty tap is now characterized by those elements, such as low levels of : (i) environmental quality, (ii) life expectancy and (iii) human capital.

There four forces consist of technology, regulation, globalization and sociocultural can influence media industry development. I shall indicate why these forces will influence media industry change in order media industry businesses need to consider s below:Technology force: Because media industries are heavily dependent on technology for the creation, distribution and exhibition of various forms of media contents, changes in technology affect economic processes between and within the media industries. For example, many publishing book businesses choose to apply internet technology to help authors to publish electronic books sale. Due to it is popular to let online readers to study from internet, even they choose to pay visa card to buy electronic or paper books to read from internet sale channel. So, technology brings electronic book digital content and text and graphics digitally soon led to digital audio and video files to let authors to download their files to change to electronic books to publish to sell to electronic book readers to read from online channel. So, internet builds electronic book web sites to attract reading consumers to read from internet channel. They do not need to bring paper book to read. They only need to bring mobile phone or laptops to go to anywhere to read electronic books any time conveniently.Regulation: If regulation is eliminated in publishing or media industry to any countries, the cross ownership rules would give publishing companies. The opportunity to acquire broadcast stations able cable systems within the markets, they serve, leading to the development of multi-media based companies offering content and advertising across multiple mediums.Globalization can influence media industry development. Media products are often created with global audiences in mind, which is why so much content contains sex and violence. However, globalization of media content began with motion pictures and magazines, but then expanded into another media channels, e.g. television programming, VHS and DVD sales and rentals. These media publishing products' income are influenced by global audience entertainment choice. Finally, it is socio-cultural force factor which can influence reader or media entertainment consumer industrial consumption behavior. Socio-cultural, such as the country's young people accept to like to read electronic books more than paper books reading behaviors. Then, it is the country's socio-cultural factor to influence the country's book buyers who prefer to pay visa card to buy electronic books to read from book store online website platform channel. It is electronic book reading cultural trend to influence the country young people reading behavior change . They will change their traditional reading habits to choose to buy electronic books to read from internet reading channel. So, online reading of electronic book method will be popular to the country and the country's paper book publishing shops ought consider to apply internet technology to develop their electronic book publishing business to let young people electronic book buyers to read electronic books from online channel conveniently. Finally, all media industry players ought consider any technology development in order to predict readers' or media entertainment players' whose consumption behavior changes to avoid themselves publishing media businesses encounter fail in future one day.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Chapter1Demand and supply theory explainsthe relationship between pollution and death disease and consumer behavior and economic recessionNowadays, any countries will have death diseases occur, when the country is encountering any kinds of death diseases, then the country will have possible to bring many people die. What are the negative influences or impacts to influence the country's consumer behaviors when the country is encountering any kinds of death disease ? Why does death disease bring economic recession to the country when the country can not control the death disease to cause many people to die, when they are free to go to anywhere and the owning death disease people can contract any people, they have no death disease easily. What is the negative consumer behavior when the country has many people, they are owning death disease? Why can death disease bring economic recession to the country when it has many people are owning death disease risk? The economic problem - sometimes called the basic or central economic problem - asserts that an economy's finite resources are insufficient to satisfy all human wants and needs. Economics involves the study of how to allocate resources in conditions of scarcity However, viewing economics as the study of how society allocates resources can lead to conflation of normative economic planning and empirical study of how economic agents operate in these conditions.Such as one country has many people are owning death disease, there are many people feel unsafe, they will not dislike to go to any where because they are fear to be contracted from the owning death disease people, but they do not know whom are owning death disease. So, the restaurants, cinemas, shopping centers, libraries transportation tools etc. any public shopping or leisure places will have less people. When the country believe that any one will be contracted to get death disease easily and the government send this death disease message to let itself country to know that they will have death disease risk when they go to anywhere to contract any people, any the kind of death disease can pass air or mouth or hand contact method to cause the health people to get the kind of death disease from the owning death disease people. Then, many health people won't choose to go to anywhere to consume or play leisure easily because they are fear to get death disease from any death disease people in streets or public shopping centers or public libraries, book shops or cinemas or restaurants. So, it seems that death disease can influence consumers' purchase desires to decrease because they reduce time to go to any public places, e.g. shopping centers, entertainment places, streets, libraries, restaurants etc. places. So, restaurants will reduce eatting people number, cinemas will reduce audiences number, buses, taxi, ferry, trains, trams etc. public transportation tools will reduces passengers number. It seems that when the country is encountering death disease will influence consumers shopping desires to be poor because they dislike to go to anywhere easily. So in supply and demand view, when the country is encountering serious death disease attacks, there are many shopping centers will lose customers, restaurants and cinemas, etc. business shops will reduce many passengers or eatting people or purchasers number suddenly in short time, e.g. one to three month, even in long time, e.g. above year. When the country is encountering death disease, many consumers' purchase desires will reduce ( demand of purchase desires will decrease), due to they are reducing time to visit any shops, go to cinemas, go to food shops, catch any public transportation tools to go to anywhere, because they are fear to contact the owning death disease people to get their death diseases by air, mouth or hand contract any time easily.

So, the psychology of individual behavior should be influenced by environment economic factors. Book How Environment Influences Consumer Behavior

Download or read book How Environment Influences Consumer Behavior written by Johnny Ch LOK and published by . This book was released on 2020-05-30 with total page 207 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: When one consumer has a large number of options, he/she will feel time pressure to cause whose accurate and reasonable evaluation. Then, the personal time limiting pressure factor will bring these questions: How does the time limiting pressure influence the consumer evaluation? Will the consumer personal limiting time pressure bring advantages and / or disadvantages in whom consumption decision making? How to help the consumer to solve short time decision problem when he/she encounters extreme time pressure and choice overload?I shall assume every consumer is general one economic man. He/she feels time is important, he /she does not want to spend much time to choose one brand of product to buy among a number of brands of products choices. I also assume that any consumers decision making satisfaction, which is based on search until they found a sufficiently good item, or run not of time. So, it seems that which the consumer needs to buy one kind of product, but the product has a lot number of different brands to let the consumer to choose. The consumer ought need to spend much time to make choice decision making. However, consumer is one economic man, he/she ought not to search all different brands to decide whether which brand of product can bring the much economic value or utility value to choose to buy. So, in general, consumers will only choose sample brands of products to decide to buy the satisfied brand of product. For example, when the consumer needs to buy one television. The television has 20 brands of similar televisions to let he to choose. He will not spend much time to search these similar 20 televisions information. He will only gather sample 10 to 15 or less different brands of televisions to compare what their strengths and weaknesses, unique characteristics. Then, he will make decision to choose to buy the best television from these sample televisions. Hence, in general, consumers will feel time pressure when they feel need to spend much time to choose a lot different brands of similar products. Because they feel time is not enough to let they can do other important matters when they need to spend much time to do search information behavior when they need to buy any products usually. Hence, it is general consumers psychology that they will feel real choice under time pressure and choice overload, when they have too much a lot of similar brands of products to let them have opportunity to choose to make decision making to buy only one brand of product.
