The Annual Reports of the Board of Education, the Board of Regents of Mercersburg College, the Board of Visitors of the Theological Seminary of Lancaster, Pa., and the Treasurer's Report of the same institution were presented to Synod and read, and then referred to the Standing Committee on Education for further consideration. 4.
