Requests Flucker to give him power of attorney in matters related to the estate, noting that she may be able to recover her segment for her sole use. Instructs Flucker to send the papers with his brother William. Bottom right corner slightly brunt. Docket notes that this letter was sent by the care of Mr. John Appleton.
