Only nature's sweeteners, like vanilla extract, pure maple syrup and coconut sugar are used in most of the recipes. Having sensitivities or allergies to wheat and/or dairy can make having dessert nearly impossible but, while dessert every day may not be a healthy lifestyle choice for all, there is a way to enjoy the occasional sweet treat without cheating on your diet.
