Varios expertos de referencia reflexionan aquí sobre aspectos como cuál es el impacto real de blockchain en la actualidad y cómo está cambiando, a veces de forma imperceptible, el entorno que conocemos, qué características y elementos debe tener una tecnología para poder ser considerada blockchain o cómo esta afectará al sector financiero. Además, se pone de relieve el papel de la confianza como pilar clave para sustentar la aceptación y evolución de esta tecnología, se analizan los tres principales retos que conlleva como modelo de descentralización y, finalmente, se plantea su implantación e impacto en las smart cities. Es decir, una batería de perspectivas para trazar un panorama amplio sobre blockchain como innovación disruptiva, cuestión que funciona como hilo conductor que vertebra la sección como conjunto. Más allá, incidimos este mes en los efectos del cambio en diferentes ámbitos: desde cómo afrontar la amenaza laboral que representa para determinadas carreras profesionales la pérdida de competitividad y reconversión en el sector donde se opera hasta una reflexión sobre la conveniencia y posibilidades reales de anticiparse al cambio mediante la planificación de escenarios futuros, pasando por un artículo sobre la relevancia de abordar una apuesta decidida de cambio de mentalidad en la organización, consistente en liderar la experiencia del empleado, afianzando su nivel de satisfacción con la empresa en la que desarrolla su actividad profesional. Asimismo, el caso Bayer muestra la capacidad de reaprender y redefinirse de un gigante mundial, mediante un sistema de innovación rompedor que implica a todos los empleados de la organización. Y, finalmente, la entrevista de este número marca el camino para crear organizaciones abiertas y seguras que eliminen el miedo a comunicar, aportando seguridad a todos los empleados para dar ideas, plantear problemas o señalar líneas de mejora. ¡Desde el equipo de Harvard Deusto les deseamos un feliz verano!
