Additional facilities associated with the Project would include access roads, temporary bridges, construction camps, borrow pits and quarry sites, diversion facilities and spoil areas. This report presents the results of the Joint Review Panel's (the Panel) examination of the potential environmental effects of the Lower Churchill Hydroelectric Generation Project (the Project) proposed by Nalcor.
