Sin embargo, para que el personal pueda adoptar dichos programas y sus resultados sean tangibles, es preciso que se den una serie de condiciones.
Efectivamente, la promoción de un puesto de trabajo saludable no se limita a las actividades centradas únicamente en el individuo. Del mismo modo, debe incidir sobre las condiciones laborales vinculadas a la salud y al bienestar de los empleados.
