Who Rush to Glory recounts the story of these three men--Theodore Roosevelt, Jay L. Torrey, and Melvin Grigsby, leaders, respectively, of the First, Second, and Third United States Volunteer Cavalry Regiments--and of the three reputedly cowboy regiments.
