Book A Gestalt Aether Theory on the Nature of Light and Related Phenomena

Download or read book A Gestalt Aether Theory on the Nature of Light and Related Phenomena written by Dilip D James and published by Educreation Publishing. This book was released on with total page 352 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Gestalt Aether Theory recognizes that a reality must exist outside of the ordered Universe that we live in, but claims that it is a reality that is represented by chaos, where anything can and does happen; where multiple Universes are possible and where time, place and causality have no meaning. Gestalt Aether Theory explains physics in terms of the ordered Universe that we live in; quantum mechanics and Standard Theory attempt to explain physics in terms of the chaos that exists outside of the ordered universe. Take for instance the propagation of light from a point A to a point B situated a hundred meters away. Quantum mechanics would have one believe that from the time that light leaves the point of origin to the time that it is detected, that it ceases to have a corporeal existence and exists instead as a probability wave-function. In this state it is everywhere and nowhere at once, in order to cover the hundred meters from point A to B it has to first enter into multiple Universes ( hence the multi-verse theory ). GAT on the other hand explains the propagation of light from A to B in terms that reflect reality. According to Gestalt Aether theory light travels through a medium and as a consequence spreads out in accordance with the inverse square law. GAT, states that light is a wave possessing some of the characteristics of a particle, somewhat like the ultrasonic sound waves used in lithotripsy, where a sound wave is used to break stones; namely a wave that possesses some of the properties of a particle, and can therefore retain its individual energy ( Identity) independently of the intensity of the wave. Thus light in GAT (Gestalt Aether Theory) propagates just as any other wave travelling in a medium. It follows the same rules as the waves that are created when a stone is dropped into a pool of water. The whole of the ordered Universe, including gravity, neutrinos, radio-waves and super-conductivity are explained in similar terms.

Book Aether Exists

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Through my research, I have unearthed a significant discrepancy in Einstein's Mass-Energy Equivalence principle, which is a fundamental cornerstone of his special theory of relativity. I have put forth a more sophisticated explanation regarding the manner in which a minute quantity of matter can yield an immense amount of energy. My research posits that the 'missing' matter in a nuclear reaction—or any event characterized by a mass defect, such as supernovae, neutron star collisions, or black hole mergers—undergoes transformation into an ultra-fine, super-thin form of matter. This conversion, which I term 'detonation', of the 'missing' mass is the underlying mechanism that accounts for the energy release associated with a mass defect. This revelation suggests that space is saturated with this ultra-fine matter. The implications of this discovery have the potential to radically redefine our comprehension of the universe. It could furnish novel insights into a plethora of cosmic phenomena that are currently interpreted through the lens of the theory of relativity. Being a state of matter, this ultra-fine form is influenced by gravity, resulting in areas of higher density surrounding massive celestial bodies. As light traverses these denser regions, it experiences refraction and bending. This phenomenon could offer an explanation for observations such as the bending of starlight and gravitational lensing. Furthermore, the density of these regions may have an effect on the frequency of particle vibrations, which could shed light on gravitational time dilation. The presence of this matter in space could clarify concepts like Lorentz contraction, the increased mass of an object in motion, the universal speed limit, among others. Acknowledging that space is imbued with this particular form of matter heralds a groundbreaking perspective on the universe and paves the way for a new epoch of exploration into its intricacies. In addition, the realization that this 'missing' matter undergoes a 'detonation' to release energy as a result of a mass defect could be a catalyst for the advancement of cutting-edge energy and propulsion technologies. Alongside these findings, I have developed a novel atomic theory, founded on the premise that space is suffused with an exceptionally fine form of matter, and an innovative theory of light. At present, I am assiduously preparing my research for submission to a scientific journal for peer review.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Excerpt from Aether and Gravitation The author in this work endeavours to solve the greatest scientific problem that has puzzled scientists for the past two hundred years. The question has arisen over and over again, since the discovery of universal gravitation by Sir Isaac Newton, as to what is the physical cause of the attraction of gravitation. "Action at a distance" has long ceased to be recognized as a possible phenomenon, although up to the present, the medium and method of gravitational attraction have not yet been discovered. It is, however, generally accepted by scientists, that the only possible medium which can give rise to the phenomena incidental to, and associated with the Law of Gravitation, must be the universal aether, which forms the common medium of all phenomena associated with light, heat, electricity and magnetism. It is impossible, however, to reconcile gravitational phenomena with the present conception of the universal aether medium, and a new theory is therefore demanded, before the long-sought-for explanation will be forthcoming. Professor Glazebrook definitely states the necessity for a new theory in his work on J. C. Maxwell, page 221, where he writes: "We are waiting for some one to give us a theory of the aether, which shall include the facts of electricity and magnetism, luminous radiation, and it may be gravitation." A new theory of the aether is also demanded in view of the recent experimental results of Professor Lebedew, and Nichols and Hull of America. It is logically impossible to reconcile a frictionless aether, with their results relative to the pressure of light waves. In the following pages of this work the author has endeavoured to perfect a theory, which will bring aetherial physics more into harmony with modern observation and experiments; and by so doing, believes that he has found the key that will unlock the problem not only of the cause of universal gravitation, but also other problems of physical science. Book The Possibility of an Aether

Download or read book The Possibility of an Aether written by Jean de Climont and published by Editions d Assailly. This book was released on 2020-06-26 with total page 63 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This essay is an ether theory inspired by the World of Descartes. Ether is both the support of gravitation and light. Two major modifications were made, however, by adding a condensation of the ether in the atomic nuclei and a angular momentum to the particles of the ether that fills space. This ether conforms to the principles of Hamilton and the energy equipartition. We find Newton's laws of gravitation and the transverse properties of light.

Book Gravitational Waves from a String Cusp in Einstein aether Theory

Download or read book Gravitational Waves from a String Cusp in Einstein aether Theory written by and published by . This book was released on 2004 with total page pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The motivation of this thesis is to look for a signature of Lorentz violation, hopefully observable, in the gravitational waves emitted by cosmic strings. Aspects of cosmic strings are reviewed, in particular how focused bursts of gravitational radiation are emitted when a cusp forms on the string. The same phenomenon is then studied in an effective field theory with Lorentz violation called Einstein-aether theory. This is a simple theory with a dynamic preferred frame, but it retains rotational and diffeomorphism invariance. The linearized version of the theory produces five wave modes. We study the usual transverse traceless modes which now have a wave speed that can be lower or greater than the speed of light. This altered speed produces distinctive features in the waves. They depend on two free parameters: roughly the wave speed and the acceleration of the string cusp. The profile of the wave is analyzed in detail for different values of the parameters and explained by close comparison with the string motion.

Book Traveling at the Speed of Thought

Download or read book Traveling at the Speed of Thought written by Daniel Kennefick and published by Princeton University Press. This book was released on 2007-04-15 with total page 348 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Since Einstein first described them nearly a century ago, gravitational waves have been the subject of more sustained controversy than perhaps any other phenomenon in physics. These as yet undetected fluctuations in the shape of space-time were first predicted by Einstein's general theory of relativity, but only now, at the dawn of the twenty-first century, are we on the brink of finally observing them. Daniel Kennefick's landmark book takes readers through the theoretical controversies and thorny debates that raged around the subject of gravitational waves after the publication of Einstein's theory. The previously untold story of how we arrived at a settled theory of gravitational waves includes a stellar cast from the front ranks of twentieth-century physics, including Richard Feynman, Hermann Bondi, John Wheeler, Kip Thorne, and Einstein himself, who on two occasions avowed that gravitational waves do not exist, changing his mind both times. The book derives its title from a famously skeptical comment made by Arthur Stanley Eddington in 1922--namely, that "gravitational waves propagate at the speed of thought." Kennefick uses the title metaphorically to contrast the individual brilliance of each of the physicists grappling with gravitational-wave theory against the frustratingly slow progression of the field as a whole. Accessibly written and impeccably researched, this book sheds new light on the trials and conflicts that have led to the extraordinary position in which we find ourselves today--poised to bring the story of gravitational waves full circle by directly confirming their existence for the very first time.

Download or read book Gravitational Waves written by Ajit Kembhavi and published by Springer Nature. This book was released on 2020-08-06 with total page 181 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Gravitational waves were first predicted by Albert Einstein in 1916, a year after the development of his new theory of gravitation known as the general theory of relativity. This theory established gravitation as the curvature of space-time produced by matter and energy. To be discernible even to the most sensitive instruments on Earth, the waves have to be produced by immensely massive objects like black holes and neutron stars which are rotating around each other, or in the extreme situations which prevail in the very early ages of the Universe. This book presents the story of the prediction of gravitational waves by Albert Einstein, the early attempts to detect the waves, the development of the LIGO detector, the first detection in 2016, the subsequent detections and their implications. All concepts are described in some detail, without the use of any mathematics and advanced physics which are needed for a full understanding of the subject. The book also contains description of electromagnetism, Einstein’s special theory and general theory of relativity, white dwarfs, neutron stars and black holes and other concepts which are needed for understanding gravitational waves and their effects. Also described are the LIGO detectors and the cutting edge technology that goes into building them, and the extremely accurate measurements that are needed to detect gravitational waves. The book covers these ideas in a simple and lucid fashion which should be accessible to all interested readers. The first detection of gravitational waves was given a lot of space in the print and electronic media. So, the curiosity of the non-technical audience has been aroused about what gravitational waves really are and why they are so important. This book seeks to answer such questions.

Download or read book Secrets of the Aether written by David W. Thomson III and published by The Aenor Trust. This book was released on 2004-10-06 with total page 304 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Author David Thomson and Jim Bourassa have founded the Quantum AetherDynamics Institute, an organization dedicated to understanding the Aether. For the first time in human history, the Aether is fully quantified based upon empirical data. Through a very simple observation noted nearly 200 years ago by Charles Coulomb, the electromagnetic units have been corrected of an error that has led physics astray for so long. Now, electrodynamics expresses in simple dimensional equations, the neurosciences unite with quantum and classical physics, and we can precisely model the geometry of subatomic particles.

Book Universe Based on Aether

Download or read book Universe Based on Aether written by M. Sc. and published by Xlibris Corporation. This book was released on 2015-08-18 with total page 661 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Man has only begun to understand a few of the laws that govern the contents of this universe. So far, he has become aware of some of the contents of this universe, contents such as matter, anti-matter and energy. And, currently, he is guessing what some of its other contents such as dark matter, dark energy and vacuum energy may be, let alone the rest. Even though man is learning quickly, his knowledge regarding the formation of this universe and the development of its contents are still in their infancies. Therefore, he needs to have an open mind, as he is introduced to reasonable extensions of, or even detours to, his current understanding of different aspects of this physical world. Using his own newly proposed theories, the author is providing consistent explanations for a variety of fundamental phenomena such as time, light, space, energy , matter , gravity , electric field , magnetic field , electricity , black holes , dark matter , dark energy , vacuum energy . All of the theories presented are based on the existence of a compressible fluid aether medium in this universe. As it is clearly demonstrated, once the existence of such an aether medium is accepted and its effects are properly taken into account, many unresolved issues regarding this universe, including the current acceleration of its expansion, can be explained and readily understood. Even its birthplace can be identified. In other words, yes, the birthplace of this universe has been discovered.
