Samuel died in Scott Township, Ontario in 1871. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Ontario.

They migrated to Canada in 1783 and settled first in Nova Scotia and then moved to Sidney, Ontario. William died in 1848 in Belleville, Ontario. Descendants and relatives lived throughout Ontario.
