Book excerpt: Israel: God's Time Clock! WHAT LIES AHEAD FOR the MIDDLE EAST, the UNITED STATES, and ALL MANKIND. The author was saved in a Baptist church at the age of 14. While looking through books in the church library he came across one that touched on Bible Prophecy. When a Church Deacon heard of his interest, he gave him copies of The Book of Daniel and The Book of Revelation by Clarence Larkin. From that time on he spent much time in the study of the Bible and especially prophecy. Later he became an evangelist as well as a pastor of several churches. In addition he earned several degrees in theology. After retirement he has turned to writing and hopes to be a blessing by sharing God's Prophetic Word. In this book he attempts to present what he feels is a clear picture of the future as described in the Bible. It is his conviction that these are literally the Biblical "last days," and that the "rapture of the church" could occur at any moment. Hopefully, all who read it, especially any who have not accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, will be drawn into a place of blessing and spiritual fellowship with the one "who died that we might live."

Book excerpt: Do we know Jesus as He truly is, or have we only come to know a caricature of who He is based upon doctrines and traditions passed down to us by the Church - a Church splintered into various sects and denominations? God's Clock: Jesus within the LORD'S Appointed Times introduces us to the Jesus we never knew. Gods clock is the signs and seasons established by the LORD at creation; once set it has continued to point to Jesus and make Him known. According to the timing of God's eternal clock Jesus perfectly fulfilled and accomplished God's plan of redemption at His first coming, and He will ultimately bring the LORD'S appointed times to their completion at His Second Coming. "These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ." Colossians 2:17

Book God s Prophetic Timeclock Israel

Download or read book God s Prophetic Timeclock Israel written by Leslie Dutcher and published by Leslie Dutcher. This book was released on 2024-05-14 with total page 32 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: God has a prophetic time clock that concerns not only Israel but the whole world. Most prophecies do not have a date on it, but this prophecy does. When we see the Confirmation of the Covenant come to pass, we will know that there are seven years until the Battle of Armageddon and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. If we cannot understand this prophecy, we cannot understand God’s time clock. After the Confirmation of the Covenant, the major prophecies of the final seven years can be calculated to the day. These prophecies include the Great Tribulation, the abomination of desolation, the Battle of Armageddon, and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ to mention a few.

Book excerpt: Within the pages of this book, the author takes us on a journey back into ancient calendars, structures and systems, to not only understand time itself, but just as important - our journey through it, as well. Looking into the past, we will see that time is not only divided into specific increments, such as days, months, seasons and years, but also in specific periods, cycles, proportion and all within a circle. Once we understand the make up of time, later the author proposes the Mayan Time Grids, even larger blocks of time and the influence of those increments upon us. Did you know, in 1982 we started the "Information Age" that will last for 52 years? We will try to understand, or comprehend what Time is made of, its basis; its essence, or matrix and look at ourselves as possible time pieces, operating perfectly within it. To see Time literally as a fabric and how everything, including us, is woven into it, showing that everything is a circle and that we are all connected. If Time really is a circle, will what has happened before, happen again? An even deeper question, where does Time come from? The author suggests the possibility of a grand mechanism in which all time unfolds known as "The God Clock," which could very well be the consciousness, or soul of the universe. After reading this book, it is possible you will never look at the Universe, our Solar System, the Earth, our life on it, yourself and how you connect to others and Time in the same manner ever again. It shows that the Native Americans have been right all along - Spirit is in all things and everything is a circle.

Book excerpt: Clocks became common in late medieval Europe and the measurement of time began to rule everyday life. God's Clockmaker is a biography of England's greatest medieval scientist, a man who solved major practical and theoretical problems to build an extraordinary and pioneering astronomical and astrological clock. Richard of Wallingford (1292-1336), the son of a blacksmith, was a brilliant mathematician with a genius for the practical solution of technical problems. Trained at Oxford, he became a monk and then abbot of the great abbey of St Albans, where he built his clock. Although as abbot he held great power, he was also a tragic figure, becoming a leper. His achievement, nevertheless, is a striking example of the sophistication of medieval science, based on knowledge handed down from the Greeks via the Arabs.

Book God s Great Time Clock the End of the Age

Download or read book God s Great Time Clock the End of the Age written by . Henry A. Rhyne and published by Createspace Independent Publishing Platform. This book was released on 2015-09-29 with total page 62 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This is a short book with a ton of Revelation. This book gets right to the point explaining God's great time cycles and their connection to 2016 - the most important year on God's Time Clock. God has many different cycles of time (as we do). The Biblical pattern is that the longer the cycle, the greater the importance and impact. The greatest impacts happen when these cycles end. The end of these cycles signifies the end of one age and the start of another. Old things pass away and new things begin. Many of God's great gigantic cycles of time are ending in one specific year, 2016. In 2016 there is a convergence of huge cycles of time ending. 2016 is a year unlike any other. 2016 fits into all of God's great cycles of time, and the numbers behind those cycles in a way no other year does. These gigantic cycles connect 2016 in time back to the fall of Ancient Babylon, the time of Jesus Christ, Abraham, and back even further - to Genesis 6:3. It's important to understand the season we are in so we can be prepared. 2016 is the key year in Bible prophecy. 2016 will be the most eventful year since the time of Jesus Christ.

Book excerpt: The nation of Israel has played a significant part in the history of the world as God's chosen nation. As a response to the growing anti-Semitic climate in today's culture, this informative text sheds light on Israel's vast historical and religious importance. The Bible makes very specific claims for the promises God made to the nation of Israel concerning its future. Presenting an all-inclusive view of relevant scripture, the book offers the biblical facts behind Israel's history and future. Written to perform as a textbook, study aide, or outline for sermons, God's Alarm Clock discusses the seminal topics surrounding Israel: A breakdown of the content in the Abrahamic Covenant in its two parts The Davidic Covenant concerning King David's direct bloodline to the Messiah Israel's role among the nations of the world The formation of the twelve tribes of Israel The controversy of the Jews' role as God's chosen people and the varying ideologies regarding it Jesus's death, resurrection, and mission, as well as His relationship to Israel God's plan for humankind, as nations and individuals The book of Revelations and Jesus's second coming This comprehensive book will explain it all and build a foundational knowledge of Israel that every Christian should have under their belt. Mark T. Frost was born and raised on the Cape Flats in Cape Town South Africa. At the age of twenty-three and in pursuit of the Truth he started to read the Bible, a search that resulted in a meeting with the Lord of the scriptures Himself, Jesus Christ. A fervent student of the Bible with several years of Bible studies behind him, the author and a colleague went to Mozambique in 1989 to start training church leaders in that war torn country. Very early in his missionary calling Mark had a vision for the unification of the Church, the worldwide body of Christ, the biggest living organism in the universe. In cooperation with several international Christian organisations having as their main thrust leadership training within the church, the work steadily grew to include all denominations, both mainstream and independent, in the capital city Maputo. By the time Mark left Mozambique ten years later the work had expanded and covered most of the major districts in southern Mozambique. Today the author resides in Sweden with His family."

Book excerpt: Manage your time the way Jesus managed his with a biblical antidote to swamped to-do lists and hurried schedules. “A highly practical road map.”—Mark Batterson, New York Times bestselling author and lead pastor of National Community Church Despite the overwhelming amount of resources for time management and work-life balance, the ability to cultivate the efficiency and equilibrium needed to manage all our worthy pursuits can often feel frustratingly out of reach. The reason for our struggle is that productivity and time-management systems focus on individual habits rather than more meaningful and lasting lifestyle changes. But as it turns out, there is a better way to reach our full potential. We don’t need just another approach to changing our habits. What we need is an operating system that takes into account the full scope of our lives. In these pages, bestselling author Jordan Raynor presents this system, using seven powerful time- management principles drawn from the example of how Jesus lived: 1. Start with the Word: Find meaningful connection with the author of time daily. 2. Let Your Yes Be Yes: Accept only the commitments you can fulfill. 3. Dissent from the Kingdom of Noise: Create room for silence, stillness, and reflection. 4. Prioritize Your Yeses: Confidently maintain your commitments. 5. Accept Your “Unipresence”: Focus on one important thing at a time. 6. Embrace Productive Rest: Live the God-designed rhythms of rest which are productive for our goals and souls. 7. Eliminate All Hurry: Embrace productive busyness while ruthlessly eliminating hurry from our lives. With these principles, you’ll see how Jesus managed his time on earth and how he responded to human constraints much like the ones you face today. More than that, you’ll discover corresponding practices that will help you embrace the best, most Christlike version of yourself possible: purposeful, present, and wildly productive.
