Book The Birthing of a Glorious Church

Download or read book The Birthing of a Glorious Church written by Yinka Oloyede and published by AuthorHouse. This book was released on 2010-07-09 with total page 197 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The birthing of a Glorious church Have you ever asked yourself why you were you born and what your purpose on earth is? Most of the time, Christians live a religious life rather than the one that God has destined for them. God is sending out a message that we must all first recognize our role as priests in His kingdom by declaring and revealing who He is when we walk in what He has destined and purposed for our lives. This will give us a real indication of our identity in His kingdom. This book explains why the CHURCH of JESUS CHRIST must refocus on His coming. These days the trend of events stated in Mathew chapter 24 and the headline news are so obvious that we must be on our watch for His coming This book is to prepare the believers in expectation of the second coming of Jesus Christ for His true saints. It is also to prepare the church as a whole body as Christ's bride, by washing the spots and wrinkles off her wedding gown to become the glorious bride that Jesus has destined her to be. Her glory will be the light to the world to draw many to Christ from this world of sin. This book has been described as a Christian's manual of faith for righteous living. As an end time messenger of God, Yinka writes with urgency and of necessity for the church of Jesus Christ to prepare for His coming and live in expectancy that He can come anytime soon. She also interprets God's Word with a divine revelation gifted to her by the Holy Spirit. She urges non-believers and those who are searching for the true way to the Supreme God of the universe to receive Jesus the only begotten Son of God as the truth, the life and only way to the Father. Finally, this book expresses God's love and compassion for those who have lost hope in this life and to those who have backslidden into the world. Jesus is calling out to you. This is a last call! It ends with a question: If Jesus comes back today are you ready to go with Him?

Book The Glorious Coming and Kingdom of Christ

Download or read book The Glorious Coming and Kingdom of Christ written by Thomas Blackbum Baines and published by Irving Risch. This book was released on 2016-05-05 with total page pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The subject of this book is judgment; the style symbolism. God is revealed as the Almighty, the Eternal, the Judge of all the earth. Christ appears exercising His judicial functions, first in the house of God, and afterwards among the nations. The Holy Ghost is seen, not as the "one Spirit," but in His perfect diversity of action in connection with the government of God. Here, as in all Scripture, the person of Christ is the central figure, the glory of Christ the central object. But next to the person and glory of Christ the kingdom and the Church occupy the most prominent place. The world is, however, throughout regarded as a scene of judgment. Hence it is the judgments, and not the blessings, of the earthly kingdom that are here recorded. So, too, the Church on earth is looked upon, not in its privileges, but in its responsibilities, as the house of God, at which judgment must begin. On the other hand, the heavenly glories of the Church, and the heavenly side of the kingdom, about which the Old Testament is silent are here blessedly unfolded. The style of the book is largely symbolic, and in this it resembles the prophecies of Daniel. But while in Daniel the symbols are generally explained, in this book their interpretation is usually left to be gathered from other portions of Scripture. Many other features, both in the subject and the style, require notice; but these will be more conveniently examined as they arise than in any preliminary remarks. The book naturally divides itself into three parts. At the close of the first chapter John is told to "write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be after these." "The things which thou hast seen" are not so much a separate division as an introduction to "the things which are." But "the things which shall be after these" comprise two distinct classes: those which precede, and those which accompany or follow, the coming and kingdom of Christ. The three divisions of the book are therefore, First. "The things which are," described in the addresses to the seven churches, and preceded by the introductory vision; Second. The judgments falling on the earth before the Lord's advent from heaven; and, Third. The coming and reign of Christ, ending with the judgment of the dead before the great white throne, and leading on to the eternal state in which God is all in all.

Book Armageddon s Glorious End

  • Author : David R. Manzano
  • Publisher : TEACH Services, Inc.
  • Release : 2017-12-12
  • ISBN : 1479608270
  • Pages : 210 pages

Download or read book Armageddon s Glorious End written by David R. Manzano and published by TEACH Services, Inc.. This book was released on 2017-12-12 with total page 210 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This latest contribution to the understanding of the Bible’s final book will be a welcomed addition to anyone’s personal library. The author is quick to admit that Revelation has many strange images and perplexing elements. However, he is just as quick to stress that these images and elements are not the focus. The Apostle John, in writing this apocalyptic volume, centers the attention on Jesus Christ, the only hope for those who have accepted Him as Lord and Savior, as well as those who still need to. Many people know Revelation for its striking, confusing symbolism. Many of these people would experience less confusion if they realized that most of these symbols are borrowed by the beloved disciple from other parts of the Bible. Manzano is faithful and responsible in allowing the Bible to interpret itself and establishing the Old Testament, especially the book of Daniel, as the foundation for decoding Revelation’s “mysteries.” As Bible prophecy continues to unfold, and this world continues to unravel like a cheap sweater, the frustration and turmoil that ensues will dissipate by the encouraging tone of this book. Readers are subsequently prompted to dive into Revelation and study afresh to reconnect with the Lamb/King around whom its messages revolve.
