He has done this in the past for others, for the international court. The trail by now has gone cold, but Blair in his usual fashion does not give up and will track this person to South America. Once De Boort's whereabouts are known, Blair sets about systematically destroying this person's empire before capturing De Boort and, in time, turning him over to the international court, where justice will be served for the villagers he slaughtered.
