Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Volume 7: Galactic Ephemeris for the Seventh Millennium BC 7000 - 6000. With listings the first of every month at Midnight GMT, for Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and the Lunar North Node. This is one of 15 Volumes of Galactic Geocentric Ephemerides accompanying Volume 1, Galactic Geocentric Astrology. As Uranus now opens the Age of Aquarius, here are Ephemerides opening up a whole new World of Astrology. The Geocentric Galactic One. But these Galactic Geocentric Ephemerides should only be used with Galactic Geocentric Charts. So make sure you also have Volume 1 of this Series, which contains: Part One: Galactic Astrology Tool Kit, whith everything you need to be able to calculate and construct Galactic Geocentric Astrology Charts. Everything, except Global Listings of Daylight Savings Time and a World Atlas. But including Table of Houses etcetera, as well as Precession through the Zodiac Stars, and the Ancient Earth Zodiac. Volume 1 also has a Part Two: Galactic Awakening in the Age of Aquarius. It simply plunges depths of ReDiscovery and Understanding never before published. From the ReDiscovery of Ancient Chaldean Astrology in modern form. Via the ReDiscovery of what the Star of the Magi actually was. And what it will be again. To the Transiting of Pluto, Neptune and Uranus to the Great Cross in the Heavens around the Exact Beginning of the New Age, exposing the Hidden Forces behind Modern Politics, with important threads from 1605 to 2011. Exemplified by the Tropical and Galactic Charts for the Richest Man in Modern History, the Greatest Spy in the History of Norway, and the Greatest Revolutionary alive as of this writing, which happens to be his 69th Birthday. As well as Tropical and Galactic Charts for the Age of Aquarius, 11 September 2001, and the United States of America. Having already acquainted yourself with Volume 1, and perhaps constructed your own, or a bunch of Galactic Birth Charts, the one Volume which you are holding in your hand will then hopefully let you in on the Galactic Secrets and Positions you are looking for. In this new addition to Modern Astrology. Morten Alexander Joramo

Volume twelve of the Pro Series has Galactic & Ecliptic positions Every Third Day from 1550 to 2100 AD for the four largest Asteroids Ceres, Pallas, Juno & Vesta. The Millennium Series consists of ten volumes of Galactic & Ecliptic positions at Midnight GMT on the First of Every Month for Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto. And Ecliptic positions for their Planetary Nodes, which can be converted to Galactic Positions via the Galactic & Ecliptic positions of the Lunar North Node, also included. For the years 7000 BC - 3000 AD. Paired up with Galactic & Ecliptic Astrologer, where you find more tables, instructions and examples, any one of the half-century ephemerides in the Medieval and Pro Series enables you to calculate Galactic & Ecliptic (Tropical) Astrology charts. Galactic & Ecliptic Astrology is simply ordinary Western Astrology reunited with its long lost Galactic extension, adding an exciting third dimension when the Galactic & Ecliptic positions are combined.

Download or read book Heritage Sites of Astronomy and Archaeoastronomy in the Context of the UNESCO World Heritage Convention written by Clive L. N. Ruggles and published by Ocarina Books. This book was released on 2012 with total page 298 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This Thematic Study is a joint venture between ICOMOS, the advisory body to UNESCO on cultural sites, and the International Astronomical Union. It presents an overall vision on astronomical heritage, attempts to identify what constitutes "outstanding universal significance to humankind" in relation to astronomy, and identifies broad issues that could arise in the assessment of cultural properties relating to astronomy. This is the first Thematic Study in any field of science heritage. It is elaborated using examples of properties from around the world, including some already on the World Heritage List or national Tentative Lists. The subject matter ranges from early prehistory to modern astrophysics and space heritage, and also prominently includes dark sky issues and modern observatory sites. An e-version of the Thematic Study was published in June 2010 in time to be presented to the 2010 meeting of UNESCO's World Heritage Committee, where it was duly approved. It has been circulated officially by the WHC to all of UNESCO's National Commissions. This full-colour paperback edition with some updates, and reformatted to new ICOMOS standards, was published in 2011 and is now offered for public sale.
