Ordained and installed as Pastor in 2001; 2006 consecrated as Bishop; and 2011 consecrated as Apostle. God spoke to Apostle 2009 about birthing a body. It was confirmed by Apostle Beale’s spiritual father and Bishop the Late Honorable Bishop Lloyd Claude. Apostle Beale birthed the body of New Beginning International Fellowship Ministry 2011.
