Download or read book Describing the Dynamics of Free Material Components in Higher Dimensions written by Dr. Martin Concoyle and published by Trafford Publishing. This book was released on 2014 with total page 831 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The issue which the new ideas of these new books really raise with our culture, is not about whether they are true, since these new ideas identify a valid context for physical description, and whereas the current context for math and physics (2014) cannot do that, ie they cannot describe the stable properties of a general many-(but-few)-body system. Whereas the new ideas about math and physics can be used to solve the most fundamental problems about the physical world, in regard to understanding physical stability, a problem which the current descriptive context of math and physics (2014) cannot solve. That is, "what now, in 2014, passes for math and physics knowledge are delusions."* Yet these delusions are the ideas expressed in our propaganda-education system about math and physics. Rather The real issue, which these new ideas present to our culture, is about our cultural relation to "what is beyond the material world." That is, it is about our cultural representation of religion, or the spirit. In particular, in relation to the "previous knowledge humans needed to possess" in order to make Gobekli-tepe, Puma Punku, Stonehenge, etc, ie simply to be able to lift and position such large stones, as well as the understanding which is needed to go beyond the context of the material world, and into the context of all the ancient mythologies in regard to the ancient religious stories, etc etc *The current paradigm (in 2014) describes a general state of indefi nable randomness in which there is always "a chaotic transitioning process" which exists as random elementary-particle collisions, and which, supposedly, is perpetually occurring. Thus, their description of the wide range of the generally stable states of the many-(but-few)-body systems..., into which this "forever chaotically transitioning" process supposedly settles but explicit descriptions of this process do not exist. Instead their answer is that "such stable, many-(but-few)-body systems are too complicated to describe."

Download or read book Lead Free Piezoelectric Materials written by Jing-Feng Li and published by John Wiley & Sons. This book was released on 2020-11-19 with total page 240 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Provides in-depth knowledge on lead-free piezoelectrics - for state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly electrical and electronic devices! Lead zirconate titanate ceramics have been market-dominating due to their excellent properties and flexibility in terms of compositional modifications. Driven by the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive, there is a growing concern on the toxicity of lead. Therefore, numerous research efforts were devoted to lead-free piezoelectrics from the beginning of this century. Great progress has been made in the development of high-performance lead-free piezoelectric ceramics which are already used, e.g., for power electronics applications. Lead-Free Piezoelectric Materials provides an in-depth overview of principles, material systems, and applications of lead-free piezoelectric materials. It starts with the fundamentals of piezoelectricity and lead-free piezoelectrics. Then it discusses four representative lead-free piezoelectric material systems from background introduction to crystal structures and properties. Finally, it presents several applications of lead-free piezoelectrics including piezoelectric actuators, and transducers. The challenges for promoting applications will also be discussed. Highly attractive: Lead-free piezoelectrics address the growing concerns on exclusion of hazardous substances used in electrical and electronic devices in order to protect human health and the environment Thorough overview: Covers fundamentals, different classes of materials, processing and applications Unique: discusses fundamentals and recent advancements in the field of lead-free piezoelectrics Lead-Free Piezoelectric Materials is of high interest for material scientists, electrical and chemical engineers, solid state chemists and physicists in academia and industry.

Download or read book Solvent Free Methods in Nanocatalysis written by Rafael Luque and published by John Wiley & Sons. This book was released on 2023-04-10 with total page 357 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Solvent-Free Methods in Nanocatalysis Discover solvent-free approaches for the synthesis of nanocatalysts as well as various catalytic transformations in this unique one-stop resource Solvent-free methods have attracted wide attention in organic synthesis and catalysis as a promising approach towards “greener” and more sustainable chemical transformations. In this regard, nanocatalysis has seen particular growth in recent years. Solvent-Free Methods in Nanocatalysis gives an in-depth overview of nanocatalysts and their catalytic applications using solvent-free methods. After a brief introduction, it covers various synthetic techniques for the preparation of nanocatalysts and supports using solvent-free methods, e.g. ball-milling, microwave- and plasma-assisted methods. The book discusses in detail different catalyst classes, such as metal oxides, doped and functionalized nanocarbons, as well as nitride- and silica-based materials to help researchers to understand the efficiency and nature of these catalysts/supports based on their chemical structure. In the book readers will also find: A brief account of the history, challenges, and recent advances in the field Detailed discussion of advantages and disadvantages of solvent-free techniques for nanocatalyst preparation Treatment of important solvent- and catalyst-free organic transformations (i.e. oxidation, coupling and multicomponent reactions) A chapter on supported ionic liquids for solvent-free catalysis Written by leading researchers in the field, Solvent-Free Methods in Nanocatalysis is a useful reference for researchers and students working in organic synthesis, catalysis, and nanomaterials science.
