The decision-making process is a process that passes through a number of stages, starting with identifying the topic or problem and taking note of all the details, then moving to the analysis stage, followed by the evaluation stage for this topic or problem, and then collecting information In order to make the decision by first proposing appropriate solutions, and working on evaluating them so that in the end the best one can be chosen among them. The decision-taking process refers to the conclusion reached by the decision-maker / makers, after completing the collection of information and ideas about the topic or problem under discussion and finding a number of alternatives and solutions. As for the decision-taking process, it is the process in which the choice of the most appropriate solution, or the best out of a set of choices, is in the form of a decision made by a person or persons authorized to do so.
