Book excerpt: CONTEXTE : Chaque année en France, une femme meurt en moyenne tous les 3 jours sous les coups de son conjoint ou ex-conjoint. Les médecins généralistes, acteurs de premier plan dans le dépistage, la prise en charge et l'orientation des victimes, éprouvent souvent des difficultés, notamment par manque de formation. OBJECTIFS : Faire l'état des lieux des connaissances et de la formation des internes de medecine générale de la faculté de medecine de Nancy sur les violences conjugales afin de mettre en évidence les points a améliorer. MÉTHODE : Enquête quantitative les 25, 26 et 27 Juin 2019 auprès des internes de médecine générale durant les 3 jours d'examens obligatoires des Tests de Concordances de Script (TCS). RÉSULTATS : 256 internes ont participé à l'enquête. 28,90% ont été formes sur les violences conjugales. 71,62% des internes formes ont eu une formation sous forme de cours magistraux. 64,86% des internes formes ne sont pas satisfaits de leur formation. 93,95% des internes non formes souhaitent l'être. Les types de formation souhaites étaient majoritairement des topos d'expert, des cas cliniques et des discussions de groupe. 67,57% des internes ont déjà eu a prendre en charge des victimes de violences conjugales. 64,45% des participants s'estiment incompétents dans la prise en charge des victimes. Les internes formés sont significativement (p=0,010) plus nombreux à s'estimer compétents par rapport aux internes non formes. Il existe des lacunes en termes de connaissances du cycle de la violence conjugale, du numéro 3919, des structures départementales pouvant venir en aide aux victimes, de la reconnaissance des violences conjugales verbales, économiques et financières sur le plan juridique.
