Il volume, analizzando i limiti e le esigenze della situazione attuale, avanza la proposta – anche sotto l’aspetto tecnico – di un nuovo strumento di governance che sappia rispondere adeguatamente alle esigenze di una società in continua e sempre più rapida evoluzione per effetto di una competizione su scala globale.
