In addition to the 48 exercises demonstrating proper exercise technique, lab activities for each chapter will guide students in completing individual assessments, setting goals, and identifying the pros and cons of modifying their behavior. The labs may be assigned by instructors and tracked within HKPropel, and chapter quizzes (assessments) that are automatically graded may also be assigned to gauge student comprehension of the content.
