Any recommendation made in this report has only been made following consultation with and approval by members of WGC and if it is considered that environmental benefits can be realised as a result of implementation of the proposed changes. Any recommendations, if implemented will therefore not reduce the effectiveness of achieving the environmental objectives of the Groundwater Directive or the Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC) (WFD).
