I have to start off with an apology that this will be a brief hearing, and we will try to adjourn by We have three people to testify in an open forum. What has happened is that the House has gone into session on Fridays and Mondays, and this hearing was planned prior to that. But, the Congress goes into session at 12 O'clock today in Washington. So, I think Mr. Bishop is going to leave at 11, and I will try and stay around until 20 after 11 and hope that I don't get a ticket getting to the airport before 12. As it is, we will be 2 hours late, but maybe there won't be votes. So, we will have the Open forum from con cerned citizens comments as long as we can hold it.
