Ms. Cooper-Posey always makes you think while reading her stories. This is #7 in the series, but there is no “just another episode” to be found here. Wow, again Wow. I swear this author must be a time traveler because this story is filled with such awesome details. I don't think I even got up for water! And as always with Cooper Posey's characters they feel so real that its easy to get pulled in to their world for a while. The writing is superb and the story is really interesting. This is one series that I'm going to have to read the rest of. I loved Remi with his hints of vulnerability along side his bad persona. Time traveling, human trafficking and a desperate race against evil. I can never get bored with this series. Everything is so interesting and mind blowing. I've been following Tracy Cooper-Posey for a while now, and she never disappoints. Damn, she can write! To start with, I love history, I'm an academic historian, and her books are really well documented. What a great book, I just loved it. It's like being on a roller coaster, the action never stops and the time travel details are awesome. The characters are wonderfully developed and believable. The suspense is very real and I lost a lot of sleep reading this book lol The chemistry between the three main characters is off the charts and I can't say enough about the steamy sex screens...phew!

It’s the second in Tracey Cooper-Posey’s Victorian series, although there are two older series that follow previous generations of the same extended family. The author is really good at including characters from previous books for her long-time fans, while also writing a story that can stand strongly on its own for those coming into the saga at any point. This is absolutely a book that you can sink into and enter another world. I love stories of mistaken twins, and when you combine it with the skilled writing of this author you have a wonderful well thought out and well researched story. I love stand alone HEA books which incorporate previous characters. What a wonderful book this is! The characters are so realistic that I feel as if they're old friends. They are so engaging that, once I start reading, I can't stop until I turn the final page. This story was very well written and pulled me into the fold. I felt as though I was smack dab there in the middle. The new generation of the Great Family is just as entertaining as the last. I love that we are able to catch up on this new generation and see how they are finding their way in the world. The writing style in this novel is both silky and sensuous. I always anticipate another Cooper-Posey story with enthusiasm, and this book delivered. Tracy Cooper-Posey has got a way with words. This book had me at the first mistaken identity kiss and it just got better from there. Ms. Cooper-Posey never fails to write an engaging, richly drawn story. Tracy Cooper-Posey has done it again! This is definitely a must-read book within the series and not a short story mix that you could choose to leave out of the series. GOLD! More compulsive reading for the Kiss Across Time series! Cooper-Posey is a master storyteller, but how she manages to create these elaborate interconnected storylines that flush out character development is incredible. This is like “Behind the scenes”, “The making of” and “out-takes” all wrapped in one! We get deeper glimpses into the characters, explanatory scenes and delightful vignettes of characters from this stellar series. The first opening story in this book had me laughing out loud. I haven’t read a book in this series that I don’t like. Starts out with a bang! Couldn't put it down. It's a whole lot of fun. Kept me riveted from the 1st page. It is like a colorful mosaic growing in depth and complexity with every addition. Simply marvellous!
