Tout au long de l’ouvrage, de nombreuses fiches opérationnelles déclinent les objectifs en mettant en lumière les bonnes pratiques ; elles sont structurées selon le même principe : rappel des enjeux, rappel du cadre règlementaire, définition, solutions pour atteindre l’objectif et extraits de document d’urbanisme permettant d’éclairer les différentes manières de rédiger des prescriptions. Cet ouvrage s’adresse aussi bien aux acteurs de la planification urbaine (élus locaux, agents territoriaux, bureaux d’urbanisme et architectes) qu’aux citoyens et acteurs économiques soucieux de l’avenir de leur territoire.
