Book excerpt: Se realizo un estudio descriptivo de corte transversal en el periodo comprendido entre abril del 2012 a marzo del 2013 con el proposito de identificar las conductas sexuales de riesgo en adolescentes asi como los factores familiares asociados. Participaron 26 adolescentes con conducta sexual de riesgo y sus familias. Se aplicaron como tecnicas fundamentales la observacion directa, la entrevista semiestructurada y el Modelo de Evaluacion Psicologica de la Dra Patricia Ares. El mayor numero de adolescentes con conducta sexual de riesgo se encontraban entre los 14 y 16 anos de edad, prevaleciendo el sexo femenino. Las principales conductas sexuales de riesgo son el inicio de las relaciones sexuales antes de los 16 anos, desprotegidas, trayendo como consecuencia el aborto en las feminas y las infecciones de trasmision sexual en los adolescentes masculinos. Las familias de los adolescentes son hogares mal constituidos, evidenciando ambientes familiares desorganizados. Los principales factores son los indicadores disfuncionales.

Book excerpt: El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar los factores de tipo familiar, individual y sociocultural que pudieran asociarse al inicio de las relaciones sexuales en los estudiantes del 3er y 4to año de secundaria de la I.E. N° 787 Almirante Miguel Grau, Chaclacayo, Lima – Perú. El estudio fue de tipo correlacional, de corte transversal y de diseño no experimental. Se utilizó el muestreo no probabilístico, el grupo de participantes estuvo conformado por 124 estudiantes del 3er y 4to año de secundaria de 14 a 19 años. El instrumento utilizado fue un cuestionario para determinar los factores familiares, individuales y socioculturales que se asocian al inicio de relaciones sexuales, diseñado y validado por Gamarra-Tenorio (2009). En los resultados se encontró que el 23.4% inició su actividad sexual, en los factores familiares se encontró asociación significativa con: la función de la madre (p=0.019) y la actitud de padres fuente a temas de sexualidad (p=0.012). En los factores individuales, asociación significativa con: la repitencia escolar (p=0.000), la presencia de enamorado(a) (p=0.000), el consumo de cigarrillos (p=0.011), observar pornografía (p=0.005). Y por último, en los factores socioculturales encontramos que el nivel de conocimientos sobre sexualidad (p=0.032) está asociado significativamente con el inicio de las relaciones sexuales.
