DFSP is used to produce composite surface for AA7075-T651 plate thickness 6mm by adding SiC particles. A hollow tool used as a reservoir for powder particles. Through holes on shoulder used as feeding holes of powder. A mechanical pressing system used to help powder inserting process. Improving mechanical properties observed was 206 HV at 1460 rpm rotating speed; 60 mm/min travels speed with particle size 3.5 μm for SiC.
