Une ultime approche analyse le statut des différents acteurs de l’ordre judiciaire et de ses auxiliaires : la magistrature assise, le ministère public, le référendaire et le juriste de parquet, le greffier, l’huissier et l’avocat. L’ouvrage se termine par un aperçu général de la compétence matérielle et territoriale des différentes juridictions. De la sorte, sont étudiées dans ce livre les trois premières parties du Code judiciaire, l’examen de la procédure civile au sens large et des voies d’exécution étant dévolu au Tome 2. Cette deuxième édition intègre les importantes lois de 2013 et 2014 (réforme des ressorts des juridictions, création du tribunal de la famille et de la jeunesse,…) dans la mesure où elles modifient de manière substantielle l’organisation judiciaire et la compétence.
