Book excerpt: Nous rapportons l'étude prospective d'une série de 106 prothèses totales de genou de type GENESIS II, avec un recul de 3 à 5 ans. 97 genoux ont été revus au plus long recul. L'âge moyen est de 74 ans. Nous avons étudié les données cliniques et radiographiques du bilan préopératoire, de l'intervention, et des différentes consultations de suivi. Les résultats cliniques ont été évalués selon le score fonctionnel IKS. Au plus long recul, le Score Genou retrouve 76,5% de bon et excellent résultats. Le Score Global est moins bon, ne classant que 58% des genoux dans cette catégorie, à cause de la majoration du handicap poly-articulaire de nos patients. Les trois critères recherchés dans l'arthroplastie du genou, que sont la disparition de la douleur, la réaxation et la stabilité, ont été obtenus respectivement dans 82,5%, 97% des cas dans le plan médiolatéral, et dans 70% des cas à 180°+/-2°. Enfin le dessin de l'implant fémoral, avec rotation externe intégrée, a permis d'améliorer de 10% la congruence fémoro-patellaires
