Book excerpt: INTRODUCTION : La consommation de substances psychoactives (SPA) par les étudiants, et les spécificités de consommation par filière ont été peu décrits. OBJECTIF : Pouvoir cibler les futures campagnes de prévention en décrivant les profils de consommation de SPA chez les étudiants et les éventuelles spécificités de consommation par filière. METHODES : Nous avons mené une étude épidémiologique monocentrique, auprès de 100 étudiants consultant dans l'un des centres du Service Inter-Universitaire de Médecine Préventive et de Promotion de la Santé de l'université Paris-V-Descartes, du 27 novembre au 21 décembre 2017. RESULTATS : Notre échantillon comportait 69% de femmes, d'âge moyen 23 ans, à 89% originaires d'Europe, en majorité en 3e année de licence. 10% des étudiants n'avaient jamais consommé de SPA ; le nombre moyen de SPA expérimentées était de 2.55 par étudiant. Seuls 34% des étudiants déclaraient avoir déjà été la cible de campagnes de prévention. Les médias les sensibilisant le plus étaient les réseaux sociaux. 49% consommaient quotidiennement du tabac; 6% consommaient de l'alcool quotidiennement ; 49.4% rapportaient une alcoolisation aigüe massive ; 55% avaient expérimenté le cannabis ; 8% en consommaient quotidiennement. En proportion on retrouvait plus de consommateurs de ces 3 SPA dans les filières Littéraire/Langues et Scientifique sans que ces résultats ne soient significatifs dans notre échantillon (p>0.05). DISCUSSION : Les tendances dégagées par notre étude et l'importance de ce phénomène représentent un véritable enjeu de santé publique nécessitant des études ultérieures de plus grande amplitude.
