Para conseguir este mejoramiento en el proceso es necesario que los dirigentes de las empresas, tomen conciencia sobre la importancia de mejorar los procesos productivos para optimizar su eficiencia, en donde es ineludible contar con los factores que influyen en la productividad, debido a que de este modo se logran controlar de forma más efectiva dichos factores, que en muchas ocasiones no son visibles y por ende atentan en el adecuado funcionamiento de las empresas.
