In this paper I will access a number of resources that are centred on workplace stress and burnout with in curtain professions. As a pastor myself and working with many other pastors I have discovered that the majority of them are burnt out and are not even aware that they are burnt out. These church leaders are from nearly all denominations as well as my own.
