Rational decision-making is the ability of taking logical and independent decisions without the influence of emotions and moods. The purpose of our study is to see to what extent emotional intelligence influences decision making style and rationality? To achieve the goal of our research we used a quantitative approach, we distributed a questionnaire that measures emotional intelligence and rational decision-making to 60 respondents, results shows that there is a high correlation between the emotional intelligence and the rationality of decisions.
