Palestinian craftswomen will gain greater authority to take control of their own lives. Excellent working conditions are embedded in every aspect of the studio: social community programs are available for employees, and opportunities for the employees to grow within the company exist in managerial, design, and production capacities. The studio provides its employees with access to pre-existing social and health programs as well as micro-finance institutions so that they can gain access to loans and grants to startup their own small, often home-based businesses. Access Design Home not only creates beautiful products for the home, it also facilitates a thriving community for its employees to work, and grow as individuals.
