Book Electricity generating tires

Download or read book Electricity generating tires written by y.kilic and published by Kilic. This book was released on with total page pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Electric cars Electric cars are actively used today. But generally people do not prefer too much. The reason is that the charging time is long, which causes a waste of time. Most importantly, the battery technology used in electric cars is preferred because it is very expensive. You can offer many different reasons such as this. With this technology, new innovation and technology is presented to solve the problem of distance in electric cars. This technology is known as current piozaelectric technology that makes energy production by applying pressure. By using this technology in cars it is possible to save battery and energy for longer. Due to the materials used in all cars, it creates tons of weight in cars. These weights are generally known as bad. The reason is that the engine consumes extra energy to increase this weight. For this reason, car companies constantly prefer light materials. Although the materials are lightly designed for cars to consume less energy, the weight is more than a minimum ton. It is possible to evaluate the tonnes of weight in cars wisely. The tons of weight in the cars apply pressure to the ground with only four wheels. Pressure is a super energy unit. This pressure only needs to be made available intelligently. This system actually needs to consider the point where cars apply pressure to the ground with the help of wheels. In other words, the wheel system of the cars is applied to the floor with the help of tons of weight wheels found in the cars. For this reason, the focus is on the wheel system of the cars. Keep in front of your eyes with a few technologies that can be offered with easy solutions and cheap methods. By using piozaelectric technology on the inside of the tires, problems can be solved in the cheapest way. Tons of weight in the car is applied to the ground with tires, the inner part of the tire is piozaelectric technology and the pressure weight of the cars is combined with the ground and energy is produced with the help of piozaelectric. There are certain dimensions of the tires, ie the points on which the floor presses. Cylindrical piozaelectric technology must be installed inside the tires. Piozaelectric must be mounted in cylindrical structure in the form of parts to work in high efficiency. The reason why Piozaelectric technology is designed in the form of a piece is that the tires have to be mounted in parts because the point where the tires are applied to the ground is different. Energy production is possible by using cylindrical piozaelectric technology. In this way, it is suitable for any malfunction. For this reason, it will be appropriate to assemble the cylindrical parts as part of piozaelectric technology in the most appropriate way. With the piozaelectric technology, the car wheel will recover an average of 10 or 20 watts of energy with the piozaelectric technology, which is assembled in parts with a 360 degree rotation. Electric cars are available with four wheels 20watt * 4 wheels = 100watt energy recovery. Obtained by 360 degree wheel rotation. Under normal conditions, the consumption of electric cars consumes 0.80 watts of energy per kilometer. With a kind of 360 degree energy recovery will be 100 watts. With this technology, electric cars can reach longer distances with a 20 kilowatt battery. It is possible to reduce the battery capacity in electric cars. Decreasing the battery capacity will reduce the cost of electric cars at a very low level. Electric is the battery technology that increases the cost in cars. The average battery cost is very high. The energy produced by using piozaelectric technology to the tires will be 989% saving by charging the battery or going to the motor with the help of inverter. 20 or more watts are achieved with one type of rotation of each wheel. With the help of four wheels in each car, 100 watts of energy will be released. The weight system found in cars often has a high energy consumption. Automobile manufacturers are looking for new substances to produce light cars. It is possible to present the new design in the most efficient way in the weight of the cars. For better efficient use of pressure generated by weight on the underside of automobiles, piozaelectric technology must be used. The purpose of this system is to obtain energy by using the pressure of tons of weight in automobiles. There are tons of weight due to mechanical structures found in cars. This weight causes the tools to consume more energy. The vehicle with tons of weight is a great advantage for energy recovery. By using piezoelectric technology in car tires, it is possible to recover energy from cars of tons of weight. . Thanks to the piozaelectricity added to the interior of the car tires as a single part or cylindrical, energy recovery is possible with the pressure applied by the cars to the floor. It will produce piozaelectric energy with the pressure applied to the ground by automobiles, and the energy produced saves energy very much in electric cars by going to the battery or inverter. Car tires can produce an average of 10 watts by 360 degrees. It produces 40 watts of energy in a four-wheeled car with a 360-degree lap. Provides great savings for the electric car which consumes 0,80 waat energy per kilometer. It starts to produce piozaelectric energy with the pressure applied by the tires to the floor. The electric car with four tires produces 40 waat of energy with an average 360 degree rotation. Produced energy can reach electric motor in electric cars by going to battery or inverter with brush or cable.

Book Reinforcement of Rubber

Download or read book Reinforcement of Rubber written by Shinzo Kohjiya and published by Springer Nature. This book was released on 2020-04-01 with total page 193 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book presents the most recent description of rubber reinforcement, focusing on the network-like structure formation of nanofiller in the rubber matrix under the presence of bound rubber. The resultant filler network is visualized by electron tomography applied to rubber. In the case of natural rubber, the self-reinforcement effect is uniquely functioning, and new template crystallization is suggested. Here, the crystallites are also believed to arrange themselves in a network-like manner. These results are of great use, particularly for engineers, in designing rubber reinforcement.

Book Statewide Plan for Utilization of Scrap Tires in Kansas

Download or read book Statewide Plan for Utilization of Scrap Tires in Kansas written by Richard G. Nelson and published by . This book was released on 1995 with total page 76 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This study was conducted to determine the current and future supply of scrap tire rubber and the feasibility of using scrap tires in Kansas for various purposes. The goal was to determine if a sufficient quantity of recycled rubber existed and what the cost would be to meet the ISTEA (Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act) requirements for 1995 and thereafter. The four tasks included in the study were: surveying scrap tire utilization plans in other states; inventorying scrap tires in Kansas; estimating scrap tire generation in the future; and determining cost effectiveness of various uses of scrap tires. Currently there are 4.5 to 5.5 million scrap tires in Kansas and the annual generation of scrap tires is estimated to be 2 to 3 million. The ISTEA mandate would require an estimated 367,000 scrap tires be recycled annually. The Kansas Department of Transportation has used more rubber in 1993 and 1994 than will be required by 1997 when the 20% required by ISTEA is in effect. The most energetically and economically feasible method of disposal of scrap tires is as a fuel substitute for coal or natural gas in a co-fired application or in a dedicated scrap tire-to-energy facility. One of the cement producers in Kansas currently uses between 250,000 and 600,000 scrap tires annually for fuel.
