Entre las conclusiones de este trabajo se destaca la fa lta de una mayor Integración de las mujeres en estos procesos. En las áreas españolas no se ha conseguido vincular un importante número de mujeres; mientras que, en el caso del área británica, la Integración de las mujeres es más paritaria. Por tanto, en ambos casos todavía queda un largo camino por recorrer en materia de Igualdad y equidad entre ambos sexos.
