Así, se pretende mostrar en qué estado se encuentra en la actualidad dicha figura, profundizando en las distintas cuestiones polémicas que la rodean, y aportando propuestas encaminadas a mejorar y dignificar esta faceta profesional. El capítulo dedicado a las responsabilidades incluye un análisis de 50 sentencias penales relevantes que afectan al Coordinador, la mayoría de ellas muy recientes, en el que se pone de manifiesto el criterio de los Tribunales, y del que se extraen interesantes conclusiones a tener en cuenta por los Coordinadores en su labor profesional.
