Business process management models contains, beside the traditional economic aim constructions, the integrated management system which unites environment, quality and work safety as aims in itself. To draw one's attention to the changes which arise by the business process management on traditional ideas, the integrated management system was chosen as a title of this work. It is not the aim to write again a new essay, in addition to the hundreds of already existing ones, about business ethics or leadership. It is all about a special perspective. In detail, the scientific question and the goal of this work is to represent the requirements for executives on lower and middle management levels, which arise on the one hand from the integrated management system and on the other hand from the changed expectation attitude in society and, finally, to develop based on both of them a practice-oriented solution, with which these requirements can be met. To guarantee the validity of the work, it is at first necessary to get a short idea about the historical development to business process management in order to define the surrounding, in which this work is moving. This is carried out in chapter 1. Secondly in chapter 2 is discussed, whether the behaviour of an executive must be penetrated by an ethical-moral basic understanding to do justice to not only the expectations of the interaction partners like customers, capital givers, supervisors and employees but also to be successful overall in the long run. Book excerpt: In the past few decades a remarkable change occurred in Kant scholarship: the "other" Kant has been discovered, i.e. the one of the doctrine of virtue and the anthropology. Through the rediscovery of Kant's investigations into the empirical and sensuous aspects of knowledge, our understanding of Kant's philosophy has been enriched by an important element that has allowed researchers to correct supposed deficiencies in Kant's work. In addition, further questions concerning the nature of Kant's philosophy itself have been formulated: the more the "other" Kant comes to the fore, the stronger the question concerning the connection between pure philosophy and empirical investigation becomes. The aim of this study is to show that the psychological and anthropological interpretations of Kant's pure philosophy are not convincing and at the same time to illustrate some connections between his critical and anthropological investigations by means of an analysis of the theory of the faculties. Against both a "transcendental psychological" and an "anthropological" reading, the book presents Kant's theory of the faculties as a constitutive part of his critical philosophy and shows that there is a close connection between Kant's pure philosophy and his moral aesthetic.

It is intended to reflect the current science of elderly patients with stable angina, acute coronary syndromes and those patients who are forwarded for CAGB procedures. Evidence in the elderly patient group is often limited and/or non-existent therefore the main challenge, even for further research, will be to define the role of geriatric preconditions and its impact on outcome. A second topic will be to clarify how, if ever, existing cardiological outcome values like mortality can be applied to elderly patients or if other values like improvement of functional status or quality of life are more suitable parameters to measure interventional success in elderly patients. The role of pharmacotherapy in advanced age has to be discussed. These topics will be embedded in epidemiological, pathophysiological and ethical aspects of interventional treatment of CAD in older age.
