III. - E very subscriber of two dollars and upwards per annum shall be entitled to vote at the annual meeting, at which a Board of Managers shall be elected for the ensuing twelve months. Every individual who shall pay in advance, and at one time, the sum of fifty dollars, shall be entitled to the same privileges for life. IV. - All money now in the possession of the Home, or which may hereafter be collected or acquired by it, shall be applied (unless otherwise directed by the donor) to the general objects, uses and requirements of the Home.
