Schmeltz rejoint ici les conclusions dégagées à la fin de sa « Politique Mondiale Contemporaine » et justifie son dernier chapitre de « Bilan de l'Occident ».

As a direct result of deregulated financial markets, financial crises occurred in both developed and developing economies.
