The opening keynote presentation is given by Prof. Dr. Kai Rannenberg, from Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany on the topic of Multilateral Security: Defending one's assets without destroying one's values. The second day of the conference will open with an address by Prof. Nineta Polemi, University of Piraeus, Greece speaking on CyberSecPro: An agile and collaborative approach to cybersecurity practical trainings. With an initial submission of 132 abstracts, after the double blind peer review process 64 academic research papers, 12 PhD research papers, 2 Masters research papers 2 Non-Acdemic research papers and 5 work-in-progress papers are published in the Conference Proceedings.
